App lock
Protect the whole application with a password. Set it once in Settings → Security and the app asks for it on every launch — and you can lock it at any time with one click or Ctrl/⌘+Shift+L.
- Open Settings → Security and set a lock password.
- From now on the app starts locked and asks for the password before showing any device, session or setting.
- Lock on demand with the lock button in the top bar or Ctrl/⌘+Shift+L.
- Unlock by entering the password; a wrong password shakes the screen so you know it failed.
- Remove the lock by clearing the password in Settings → Security.
Warning
The password is never stored — only a salted scrypt hash. If you forget it, the lock can only be removed by resetting the app data.
Tip
Locking hides everything behind a clean animated screen — useful before stepping away from a shared workstation.
